Fabulous
Liked: Location was great, staff was very helpful, room was nice and quiet and bed was comfortable. Good stay!
Disliked: Breakfast was underwhelming and quite expensive for its value
Liked: The location was perfect near the city center very good hotel for the price.
Ideal for our needs (frequent visitors to Lisbon for quick stays)
Liked: Location
Disliked: Rooms are adequate for short stays.
We find ourselves in Lisbon quite a bit visiting friends or for quick trips - this is the hotel for us every time
Liked: Convenient location off Avenida.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like per se.
Great location and very helpful staff
Liked: The location was excellent, within walking distance of several bus stops and a metro station. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with a problem with our room.
Disliked: The first room we were assigned had a very narrow corner window and felt a bit dull. However, we asked to change rooms, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The corridor carpet was extremely dirty.
Given 3* standard, good quality and value per money. Can fully recommend
Liked: Cleanliness, excellent breakfasts, pleasant and helpful staff, metro nearby. Good inter-room acoustic insulation: unlike other hotels, we did not hear our neighbours.
Disliked: Noisy street - could hear it even with closed windows.
