Exceptional
Great stay in a great hotel
Liked: Great location, friendly and helpfull staff, modern and clean, nice breakfast. The rooms are really quiet
A wonderful stay
Liked: Staff was welcoming, respectful and always helpful.
Disliked: Grab handles in shower.
A great find and would use again
Liked: The breakfast was exceptionally good. The location was reasonably quiet for a capital city. Bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and clean. Staff were very helpful with directions, arranging taxis and photocopying a document for me.
Disliked: The lift doors closed too quickly, if more than one person tried to get in they got hit by the doors. One small disappointment was the free welcome drink was very limited.
Location, comfortable room, friendly staff
Liked: Greatest location, decent clean and specious room, and super nice and helpful staff
Disliked: Nothing
All round excellent hotel
Liked: Great location
A modern, comfortable hotel in a great location
Liked: The hotel is located in a quiet, safe, and pleasant neighborhood. We found the location very convenient, as we could easily reach many parts of Lisbon by Uber at reasonable prices. The airport is also nearby, and there is a large supermarket just across the street. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, with very comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. Everything was clean, and the rooms were serviced daily. Breakfast was good value for money compared to eating out, with a sufficient variety of fresh options. We found it much more convenient to have breakfast at the hotel rather than look for cafés elsewhere. The reception staff were helpful and responded promptly to all our requests. Overall, a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel in a lovely, safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
