Exceptional
Liked: It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake which was so nice. The room was gorgeous. The staff were really nice and helpful in advising spots and restaurants to try out. The hotel was close to the metro and there was a very good breakfast spot opposite which I would recommend.
Disliked: The towel rack in my room was not next to the sink it was in the toilet which was a little awkward to get used to. The surrounding area of the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night.
Nice overall, but there is definitely room for improvement
Liked: A distinctive property, with a certain attention to design and aesthetics.
Disliked: The bathroom opens directly onto the bedroom, with the sink located in the room near the entrance, while the shower and toilet are separate. A layout that makes absolutely no sense. The hairdryer cannot be plugged in near the mirror, as the only socket available is for electric shavers. Again, completely nonsensical. Dirty carpeting in the room, something you would hardly expect to find in a hotel nowadays, let alone a brand-new one. Why on earth would they choose carpeting? The staff were friendly and courteous, but not particularly prompt or effective in addressing issues. In the end, I had to sort things out myself.
Liked: The staff was very helpful and the bed was very comfortable,
Disliked: The hotel didn’t offer a bar or food service outside of breakfast. Advertisement is misleading.
Liked: It was close to a lot things, cleanliness, and a amazing staff.
Disliked: Everything was perfect!!!!
Loved My Stay in this Beautiful Hotel
Liked: I absolutely loved my stay here. A beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed. Electric curtains. Fabulous staff. Great basic breakfast. Location is fairly handy, not to Lisbon train station though. Totally recommend 👌
Disliked: Nothing. If being picky it would be no teabags in the room, only a great coffee machine and pods. Towel rails could be useful as well.
Gorgeous hotel with perfect location and friendly and welcoming staff
Liked: Absolutely beautiful. Amazing location. Metro stop right in front of the hotel. Easy 25 min walk straight down to the water. Wonderful welcome and costumer service.
Disliked: Nothing.
