  Great place to stay to explore the older parts of Lisbon

  Liked: Room is lovely and efficient, warning not a lot of floor space in the smaller rooms. Great location and friendly enthusiastic staff. Lounge on the fifth floor is useful.

  Disliked: No welcoming space at the entrance and elevator starts up a flight of stairs. No restaurant on site, you can walk to the affiliated restaurant for a good break. In a busy part of town so expect some evening noise.

  Convenient, clean, helpful staff

  Liked: Central location, clean and beds comfortable. Reception staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Luggage storage was good and having an elevator was a bonus.

  Disliked: Not much floor space for suitcases. Individual cubicles for shower and toilet a bit awkward if not sharing with your partner.
