Fabulous
Liked: Amazing hotel and stuff!! Willing to come back someday! Joao is really friendly and welcoming!
Liked: Everything 24/7 open spa
Disliked: WC in room
Great location, very modern and clean but little privacy when using the bathroom
Liked: Clean, modern, central Location next to the subway and bus station, amazing clean indoor pool and sauna and very attentive staff
Disliked: The bathrooms are not separated by a door - there are round glass cabins for toilet and shower - not ideal for people who want more privacy.
Excellent hotel, outstanding location ans professional staff except male waiters. The elevator issue
Liked: Breakfast was awesome. Male employees were s little rude and made many mistakes with orders. Otherwise was great.
Disliked: No second elevator in 6 days was patetic.
Liked: Modern hotel
Disliked: Toilet and shower was in the same room
Great place to stay in Lisbon and close to the metro
Liked: The room was spacious, the hotel's restaurant was great, especially the deserts. The staff was always nice and smiling. The location is just next to a metro station of the red line, making it very easy to get around.
Disliked: The coffee on breakfast was based on a fancy Nespresso machine, but no combination I tried managed to get me a cup of coffee I liked. Perhaps you could order a cup of cappuccino not from that machine, but I haven't tried.
