Good
Liked: Big apartment, large equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice living room, nice garden, and good location, with a plus: next to a beautiful park with many coffee. Very good for 2 people (and even 2 couples!) that need some space.
Disliked: One bedroom didn't have a door (it has privacy due to hallway, but can't block noise and light from dining room. The other bedroom was street side and was a bit noisy. There were some issues with the drain in the shower.
Liked: The bright decor, the location. It had a good feel.
Disliked: It's a nice place some things need looking at There are some maintenance things that need to get sorted. 1 bathroom fan needs checking- it is very unpleasantly loud! Shower floor is slippery and is not firm under foot- needs anti 'slip mat. Shower door handle missing a screw O/ head range hood light does't work. Only 1 teatowel that I could find. No chopping board.
Overall, a nice old apartment with all amenities but due to the steps and feral cat, not worth it
Liked: The host made it very easy to check in. I found the location very easily. There were plenty of amenities and the studio was very clean and neat.
Disliked: I have had 4 knee surgeries and I believe that I was not informed there would be a climb up to the fifth floor to reach the apartment. This was a major ordeal for both going up and down stairs, and the steps were very narrow. Moreover, I could not enjoy the nice terrazzo and leave the doors open to that area because there was a black feral cat that wanted to hang around and at one point was able to sneak into the apartment. I had a challenge trying to get the cat to leave. Finally, various times mostly during the day and early evening I could hear the neighbors talking and yelling.
Nice location in the city centre
Liked: The character of the property was very quirky. Two toilets. A nice rainforest shower.
Disliked: Can be noisy as you can hear people on the street when sleeping in the front bedroom and sofa bed. TV was broken it has a smashed screen. No floor length mirrors to use when getting ready. Electric key only.
Very helpful with the automatic key. Loved being near place Flôres. Great location
Liked: The location was fantastic.
Disliked: Lights without lampshades and some repairs needed doing.
Nice apartment but not as nice as the pictures online
Liked: Great location very close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Loads of room with comfortable beds and very good water pressure in the showers.
Disliked: The terrace was not good and very different from the pictures. There was no table and it needed tidying up with a ladder and bits of building material lying around as well as two ugly water heaters in one corner. There was also no shade so the terrace was very hot. In addition the online pictures show a dishwasher in the kitchen which wasn’t there when we arrived.
