Centrally located to visit Lisbon's heart
Liked: Right in the heart of Old Town with shopping, transportation, and restaurants very close by. The hotel offered me an upgrade to a better larger room without me asking for it which suggest they care for the comfort of their guest. The staff members helped carry our heavy luggage up the stairs to the elevator. The staff members were knowledgeable with what to see in Lisbon and how to get there. The breakfast was typical European with cheese, bread, boiled eggs, cereal, etc. We had enough fruits and coffee as we wanted and that served as brunch which allowed us to skip lunch and then have a great dinner at the end of the day. The photos of our unit look like those in Booking.com. We would definitely book this hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.
Disliked: We were awe struck after traveling from the airport to find steep steps to the front desk. However, the staff was very helpful to carry our luggage up the stairs and to the elevator without much effort from us.
Good for the one night layover

Disliked: Doors had to be slammed to close them, all you could hear all night

Liked: Prime location but the one bedroom suite is a 4 minute walk from the actual hotel and up 5 flight of stairs. Don't recommend for this reason.

Disliked: Wifi did not work even after I notified staff and the elevator is so small i could barely fit my luggage into it
Central location in a gorgeous city
Liked: I stayed in the hotel annex (Apartement), which is about a 5 min walk away from the hotel. The location is very central and convenient even to walk to the old town (barrio alto). Despite the hype of activity, the apartment was quiet and I had a good sleep Very friendly staff at reception
Disliked: Breakfast was at the main hotel and the quality could have been better..
