Very good
Liked: The location was good. Close to loads of attractions and there are amenities outside. Price was affordable.
Disliked: The sink was leaking water and everytime we flush, it smells like sewer which was really bad. This needs to be checked out. We stayed in Room "I" and there were no staff around to escalate this too. The room smell damp as well.

Liked: The apartment is well located
Disliked: -it was dirty. There were trash under beds. We have ants invasion and I've informed hosts about it. The ants stayed with us during the entire stay. -door swags. There were stags danegrously sticking out of the floor. -beds wewre extremely uncomfortable - the "alfama rooftop view" was a view to the next building windows. I could literally see people walking in their underwear in the building in front of us. - It is almost 14 days after I checked out. I received the first invoice with incorrect details (correct ones were provided twice) 5 days after check out. I've immadietely notified that the invoice is incorrect. 10 days later I haven't received correct invoice. The team on whatsup is extremely unhelpful I only get "we update you when we get update" for ten days. This is hilarious. This is bad. I do not recommend staying in this place.
Great place to dive into Lisbon
Liked: Amazing location and clear instructions to enter. Attentive service and appropriate gesture when tv didn’t work

Guests with limited mobility should please note that they will need to walk and climb stairs to reach their apartment. Alfama is a historical area and Alfama Terrace does not have direct street access.
