Exceptional
Horrible experience. Stay far away and don’t trust what you see in the listing
Liked: Location is in the heart of old Lisbon, but sketchy at night.
Disliked: The property management service called GuestReady, offered me a free shuttle from the airport, then left me and my wife stranded at the airport. When I messaged them from the airport, they denied the offer, even though it was in our message thread in the Booking.com app. It took 26 messages over 2 days before they finally admitted their mistake and offered to pay for my Uber. Horrible customer service complete with constant lies and not responding to messages for 12 - 24 hours even after saying “we will get right back to you”.
Location was amazing, apartment was lovely

Location, ambiance, size of the property and hospitality of Paolo is perfect, however the apartment was not clean and it
Liked: The location, size & ambiance of the apartment and the propriétaire was all perfect. Paolo kindly took us from the airport and brought us to the apartment where the location was one of the first settlements in Lisbon with a lot of history.
Disliked: Due to high level of humidity, the building and the apartment had some smell including the line sheets and towels. The faucet in the bathroom had some odour when the water was flowing. The line sheets and the apartment in general was not clean and this property needs deep cleaning more frequently.
Nice stay in Lisbon center of the city
Liked: Greatest host. All was on time, clear instructions, help when it is needed. Good locations with lots of nice restaurants, traditional architecture.
Huge apartment in the best neighborhood in Lisbon
Liked: Absolutely adorable apartment— my parents loved it. It is HUGE. It is located in my favorite neighborhood, Alfama. Very central but still does not feel overly touristy since many locals live here. Not as loud and obnoxious as where I stayed in the Bairro Alto during my last trip. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Hilly neighborhood but it’s really not that bad unless you’re infirm. The tram right outside the apartment is not loud at all— I found it easy to sleep. I actually like the sound of it passing by. The owner Paulo is very kind, and offers transfer from the airport. We had great conversation!
Disliked: It’s perfect— no complaints.
