Very good
Overall got what I expected
Liked: Breakfast excellent
No for families with babies
Liked: We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Our original plan was to travel to Porto and then return to Lisbon for another two nights. Unfortunately, our 8-month-old baby became ill, so we had to pay for an additional night at the hotel before flying back home the following day. Given these unexpected circumstances, I asked the hotel whether they could refund at least part of the money we had already paid for the remaining two nights we were supposed to spend there after returning from Porto. However, despite everything we were going through with our sick baby, the hotel was not even willing to consider a partial refund.
Disliked: I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to families travelling with babies! A complete lack of empathy, compassion and understanding. Zero stars from me for such an appalling lack of humanity!
The property did not meet my expectations as a Holiday Inn
Liked: The location was good, especially because it was in walking distance to Hop on - Hop off bus station.
Disliked: Beds were not so good. Pillows were not good at all, they were bigger than the pillow case and were falling out. The general cleanliness in the rooms and in the general areas, like the breakfast area, could have been better.
Given the hotel's location and the price, I am very satisfied
Liked: Generally fine and sufficient. Location okay.
Disliked: The coffee was "weak" (lots of water and milk). The selection of vegetables and meat dishes is limited. The desserts are very good; perhaps a bit more fruit could be included.
Pleasant place
Liked: Good location and staff
Disliked: No bathroom on lobby level. No water fountain to get water.
Good location and very close to main attractions of the city
Liked: Full and complete breakfast
Disliked: Nothing
Good to know
