Good
Excellent locations
Liked: The location is perfect. I was solo travelling and this hotel is a 3 min walk from the metro station and you have a little shop next door. I brought a small milk for my cup of tea! There is a kettle and fridge in your room with a safety deposit box. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved that they gave you a travel toothpaste and tooth brush in the room in case you had forgotten yours!
Disliked: It was a little noisy at night time. Im sure I read there were sound proof rooms...if your on the street side its definitely not sound proofed!
Liked: The location was fantastic in the center of everything. The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: There was no parking n breakfast was poor
Overall, very satisfied with the location but not so much of the hotel staff
Liked: The location is very good especially it’s just next to a supermarket and near a very nice Bifana store
Disliked: The staffs there are not that friendly and approachable. I had a food poisoning middle of the night on my last night stay, my friend went to seek help at the reception as the room’s phone not working. The staff there just tell her “Go Hospital”, and only helped to call doctor when we managed to find online though cannot get through. Still an unhappy experience.
Liked: Excellent location
Liked: Great location and appreciated being able to store our luggage.
Disliked: Our booking stated check in 2pm we did not get into our room until close to 4pm. Reception staff were not very friendly
Centrally located hotel with good comfort and cleanliness at a reasonable price. No complaints
Disliked: A kettle in the room for tea/coffee would have been welcome
