Nice, clean, safe, close to everything including public transportation
Liked: This hotel is very well located to several attractions and good access to public transportation. The staff is very courteous, and when I checked in the agent moved me to a room where I wouldn't have to walk up or down any stairs (I'm old). I really appreciated that. The breakfast is really high quality. And my room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I only had one problem and I did report it to the front desk. The shower head was turned towards the shower door and I didn't realize it, and when I opened the shower door I ended up pretty much flooding my bathroom floor trying to get to the shower head to turn it. I mentioned to the front desk that they might want to have housekeeping turn all of them towards the wall when they clean rooms. Minor problem.
Liked: Excellent position and extremely clean. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast.

Disliked: Had a problem with AC during my stay but hotel manager was a lovely lady, very professional and she resolved the problem for me
Good base for the Belém area
Liked: The location was great for visiting the monastery, Belém Tower and the river front. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok - eggs hard and cold.
