Fabulous
Very Disappointing – I Would Not Recommend This Hotel!**
Disliked: This is not a good hotel, and our stay was a major disappointment. I booked a suite because I wanted to treat us to two nights of comfort and relaxation before continuing our journey to Albufeira. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different from what I had expected. Upon arrival, we were informed that renovation work was taking place from 9 a.m. onwards and would continue throughout the day. However, the reality was quite different. We were woken up at 7 a.m. by extremely loud construction noise, including drilling and banging sounds, as if someone were throwing objects onto the floor. Needless to say, we did not get the peaceful rest we had hoped for. And as I book this week or more before easy to let people know beforehand We decided not to let this ruin our entire stay and went down for breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection was very limited, basic and disappointing. I was genuinely surprised that a four-star hotel did not even offer simple options such as fried eggs or an omelette. I have had much better breakfasts at basic guesthouses and two- or three-star hotels than at the Mundial. After spending some time exploring the surrounding area, we returned to the hotel at around 3 p.m. only to discover that our room had still not been cleaned. A member of staff came and asked whether we wanted housekeeping. I said yes and explained that we planned to go out again at 4 p.m., so it would be nice to have the room cleaned then.
Location is very convenient, room is about right size we wanted, breakfast need to improve

A nice and comfortable stay in Lisbon
Liked: We loved the very kind Check-in, we got to know about the happy hour, received discount vouchers for the restaurant. In general the staff was very kind and friendly. The room had everything needed, wad clean and even the cleaning service was so quick and attentive. We also enjoyed the location very much of the Hotel, als you can walk to the City center easily by foot.
Disliked: Unfortunately the food was not fitting to the quality that would fit to this kind of good hotel. The breakfast had a great variety of items but the quality wasn’t quiet nice. Many items came out of cans (mushrooms, pineapple, etc.), the coffee was no coffee but some in water dissolved flavor-liquid (here you could easily improve with already exchanging it with filter Coffee since thats actually coffee). And the rest like cheese, meatcuts or sausage just didn’t look appealing thats why we didn’t even try. The muesli station was nice, with many milk options. Also the Juices were good.
Decent hotel in great location
Liked: Excellent location. Grocery store next door. Many restaurants within walking distance. Good views from Rooftop Bar.
Disliked: Scheduled power outages during our stay. Areas in hotel with no WiFi signal. Mold in shower.
