Wouldn’t stay again
Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Small room. Had to check in a few minutes away and parked figure away.
Not a 5 Star but comfortable stay!
Liked: The staff! Front office staff were excellent and really helpful! The location of the property was really good. The old town and the airport was only 10-15 mins Uber ride with a lot of restaurants within 10 mins walking distance.
Disliked: The rooms are really old. Furniture was old with wood counters bubbling from sustained water damage. The beds were not comfortable. Wi-fi didn’t work well. The TV was really old 32” screen with a lot of stuff jammed into the main desk (coffee machine, hot water kettle, the TV, the tray with coffee pods and tea and mugs etc.). No minibar in the fridge.
Nice hotel with a good ambience!
Liked: The historic ambience of the hotel, its lobby and the breafast
Disliked: Although I requested for a higher floor with good view, I was given a gound floor room with a poor view! for a 5 star hotel, there were no slippers in the room, nor someone to help with the luggage when we arrived, although at the check out time, the reception staff were helpful.
Liked: Breakfast was excellent! Fresh and lots of protein options! Fresh drinks and apples in the foyer
Disliked: Internet was not consistent- that was annoying Coffee Machine at breakfast although had lots of options was not very good-
A mini break enjoyable
Liked: The facilities good buffet breakfast
Disliked: A bit dated could do with refurbishing
Overall, quite happy
Liked: Elevator and room close to elevator.
Disliked: Menu was very limited.
