Wonderful staff, and a pleasant stay to remember a wonderful city

Liked: Everything was perfect. The hotel is near to the centre of the town where you can see and enjoy every minute. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mafalda with her big smile when she serves the breakfast. The room is super clean and fresh
Disliked: I couldn't find anything to complain about but I think that 200 euros for the night is a little too much
The food and hospitality at this location is excellent. Short walk to the metro and shops!
Liked: The location is very central, the hospitality cannot be beat and the breakfast was absolutely stunning. In warmer weather the outdoor pool and patio for outdoor dining would be stunning. Special thanks to the lovely Mafalda who went out of her way to take care of us and who greeted us with smiles every morning at breakfast!

Disliked: yoga room wasn't free when we came, was not communicated
Liked: Mafalda who worked at the restaurant/breakfast was so incredible and warm and friendly - we felt very looked after. The staff generally were very attentive and lovely. The breakfast was great - hot dishes like bacon and eggs or pancakes and coffee/tea to order and a great selection of cold foods and pastries and fresh juices. The pool area is small but beautiful - we never had a problem getting a recliner. The water isn't heated in the pool so it's cool but nice/refreshing. The room was lovely and clean. We had a lovely stay.
Disliked: Small thing with booking a twin room in advance - I was travelling with a friend so definitely needed separate beds - after booking they said they couldn't guarantee a room with a twin bed and to ask again closer to the time, only to be told again they couldn't guarantee it (even though they have them and offer them on booking). They did give us a twin bed room on check-in but it was a bit stressful not being certain in advance - maybe something to look at with the room allocation on the system?
