  Liked: Good location, close to good restaurants, cafes and amenities. Easy to get to town by public transport. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Good communication from hosts.

  Disliked: The apartment was on the 2nd floor and not 1st floor as advertised, this made accessibility difficult. Only one bathroom in the varanda, accessibility was difficult with young children, particularly at night time. Bathroom walls needs painting. Mezzanine bedroom unsafe for families with young children and elderly - this needs to be on the apartment specification. Radiators didn't work- however there was good communication with hosts and this was resolved. Back window in the varanda did not lock, making the apartment unsafe- again communicated with hosts and was looked at. However, it continued to fail. The view at the back of the apartment (in the varanda) leads to a very messy and untidy area, not a great look for the apartment.

  Great location in the heart of Belém

  Liked: Great location, clean and modern apartment.

  Disliked: Issues with the bathroom. Couldn’t shower for more than 1 minute without having to turn off water to allow the shower tray to drain. You had to stand there for 5 minutes freezing cold until the water had drained out or the bathroom flooded.

  Liked: The position was amazing. Ideal for performing the half marathon there. The service was excellent and they have provided me with a late check out for free in order to collect my stuffs after the half marathon. Surely recommended
