  Amazing apartment with incredible view

  Convenient, bright apartment that makes it easy to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon

  Liked: Although we didn't meet them, the hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. For example, they dropped off some flat sheets when we found the comforter to be too hot and tried to contact us when our flight was delayed. There is a washing/drying machine in the apartment which is very helpful -- although instructions on how to use it would have been helpful. Very bright and tastefully decorated. Felt very homey. Great location for walking, catching the tram or the metro

  Disliked: The bathroom drains sometimes had an unpleasant smell but we understand that is an issue with older buildings -- we had the same problem in the house in which we lived in the Netherlands. It's difficult to fix. Also, nothing can be done about it but travelers should be aware you will need to lug your suitcases up two flights of stairs. We could hear a child running around in another apartment sometimes but luckily not late at night.
