Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: Staff, breakfast, sangria night, pubcrawl
Made us feel at home, part of family
Liked: Family atmosphere. Helpful, friendly staff.
I very seldomly post reviews but the exceptional quality of this hostel warranted recognition
Liked: The staff was beyond friendly. They really go out of their way to make your experience as good as they possibly can. They had many included services that other hostels would likely charge for. Free breakfast and tapas in the evening were included, as was luggage storage. The location was ideal, situated in the city centre, next to the park.
This was my second time staying there and I can’t wait till there’s a third!
Liked: Clean, comfortable, quiet and staff were always friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Nothing!
Liked: Everything was super nice, I was surprised with hospitality and the amount of snacks/drinks available all the time at the kitchen. You can relax here, gather information about what's where in the city and just step into Lisbone atmosphere.
Disliked: The guy snoring at night. It's totally not a hostel fault, but man, if you know it's at the crazy level of noisiness I doubt he wasn't conscious when booking group room. Not nice!
Liked: Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in the place. Very good breakfast. Would highly recommend.
