Liked: Staff greeting us everytime we came through lobby! And so helpful whether it was directions or suggestions even carting our luggage, helping with transport too! Couldn’t have been better. The rooms are beautiful and amenities just right. Spotlessly clean and the rooftop deck was a favorite!
Disliked: Needed a second water bottle in the room but it got fixed by day 3
Disliked: Original room was located beneath the bar/dining room and was noisy. I could hear the chairs all day/night. Fortunately, I was able to switch rooms.

Liked: One of the Best Hotel Experiences of My Life! This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The views were breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I especially want to mention the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their genuine kindness made my stay even more special. The absolute highlight was the swimming pool! It was so peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful meditative music playing softly in the background. It felt like a little sanctuary where I could completely unwind and enjoy the moment. I have traveled extensively around the world, but it is rare to find a hotel that leaves such a deep impression on me. This may honestly be my favorite place to stay in Lisbon. Even when a few minor issues came up, the staff handled everything incredibly quickly and professionally. Their response was faster than I would expect even from many five-star hotels! Their attentiveness and genuine care truly stood out. Thank you to the entire team, especially the wonderful front desk staff, for making my stay so memorable. This was much more than just a hotel stay; it was a truly special experience. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Liked: Yashuga was most helpful and hospitable. He was very cheerful and polite and made sure all our needs were met. The hotel is also coneniently placed in old town so things are very walkable.
Disliked: Our room was a little small but that's the nature of a city hotel.
