Liked: The staff at this hotel are incredible! Everyone was so friendly. When we got there our a/c wasn't working and someone came up immediately to help. Great location to walk down to the ocean square.

I really enjoyed the beautiful hotel and the location close to restaurants, shops and attractions
Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy walking distance of the Praça do Comércio, Rossio Square, the numerous shops and restaurants in Chiado, and even the Miradouro de Santa Luzia. The hotel is beautiful, and the lift is much appreciated for hauling luggage up and down. It is also surprisingly quiet, given that it is in the middle of all the exciting activities. It is close to both Rossio and Baixa Chiado metro stations, and it was also easy to get an Uber from the premises.
Disliked: The only thing I wished for would be to see the view from my room, but the windows were closed/boarded up.
