  Lovely stay in Alfama

  Liked: The apartment was cosy, comfortable and fully equipped with everything I needed. I really enjoyed the neighbourhood and its atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. I had a lovely stay and would be happy to stay here again!

  Great stay and value for money:)

  Liked: the location was very convenient, could easily walk into the centre. although there is a lot of steps so be ready to carry your suitcase. the beds were actually really comfortable. once we met them at the reception they walked over with us to the apartment which was great, it was really easy to get in and out the apartment through out our stay. the apartment was great value for money and plenty of space for the two of us! it also had all the facilities we needed. They also were able to store our suitcases as our flights were quite late on the way back. I would definitely recommend staying here.

  Great location, beautiful apartment great views

  Liked: We booked the upper third floor apartment and a fantastic view of the port and all the cruise ships coming in as well. There was some fabulous little restaurants around, supermarkets and little shops. It was so quaint. Beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: It’s not necessarily a dislike but renters just be aware that if you are booking the upper floor apartments from the front door to upper floor, there are about 30 stairs but from the main street to reach the apartment there are about 60 + stairs -so it’s quite a trek, especially with luggage. We were able to handle it, but for people with reduce mobility, it may be a problem
