Guest reviews
Very good
Good for a couple of nights
Liked: Good location huge space
Disliked: Sewage smell was bad in bathroom Access difficult with long codes
Liked: Excellent location everything so close.
Disliked: It is a ittle noisy, but excellent location.
Great location; not worth the price!
Liked: Spacious apartment in an excellent neighborhood.
Disliked: Here’s the problem in a nutshell. Upon entering, the air conditioning was not working we had submit a maintenance request to which they immediately attended. The second toilet needed a part, the main toilet is difficult to flush. There was an incredibly foul Odor eminating from the master bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, I heard scurrying and scratching from inside the wall. They did come and spray but that didn’t even mask it. The floors were swept but needed a thorough washing. The upstairs neighbors were very active from 23:00-2:00, walking like elephants. Then, there’s the mold problem. This apartment needs some serious maintenance and refurbishing to justify the cost per night.
Great apartment for groups
Liked: The apartment was really clean and spacious. Plenty of mirrors which helped 5 girls when getting ready. The veranda offered a great space to gather for morning coffees and pre-drinks. Great location too, only a short walk to pink street.
Disliked: We didn't realise there were two entrances to the accommodation so it was a little confusing when we first arrived. Numa What's app page was fantastic though and they responded straight away.
If the managing company just read the reviews - this apartment could easily be made better
Liked: A spacious flat in a great central location with plenty of good restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. There is a wonderful view of the river from the main bedroom. The double glazing was very good at keeping out noise from the busy streets below.
Disliked: Although the apartment has an overall good rating and looks good in the photos, hence why we chose it, having read some of the reviews we were rather trepidatious about what we might find. Unfortunately, most of the previous negative comments had not been addressed. The lift was not working when we arrived so we had to use an alternative entrance and then lug cases up to the 3rd floor. The code we were given for the access door did not work for the alternative access door and so we had to phone up for a new code. There are lockers (on the 3rd floor only - not as described by Numa) in case you arrive early as we did but less lockers than flats and each one will only take one suitcase so as a party of four we needed two lockers which cost us 15 euros to get more than 3 hours. Others tenants had to find lockers elsewhere. The photos make the apartment look much brighter than it really is. The main living space is quite dingy and some of the lights did not have working bulbs. The furniture is basic and the flat lacks any character. The internal bathroom did not have a working fan and was smelly so we just used the other bathroom that had a window. Both bathrooms had heated towel rails that you could not turn off, whatever the temperature outside. The air con in the main bedroom would randomly become really noisy so you would have to turn it off at night. The floors were not clean - we got black feet from walking around inside.
Not a family area, uncomfortable beds, no elevator. Great lady that cleaned the apartment
Liked: The size of the property, kitchen well equipped, busy area for those who like the nightlife. Adriana who came to clean the apartment everyday was kind, very professional and left the rooms and bathroom impeccable.
Disliked: The elevator was broken from day one and for 18 days of our total stay, hard to go up with all the luggage, uncomfortable beds, bathroom had a terrible smell coming from the building itself. Lots of drug dealers around the entrance.
