Fabulous
They cancel on day of your arrival without any reason!
Disliked: Terrible experience! They cancelled on the day of our arrival. Then, they barely offered any help or communication. This put us in a very anxious situation. Customer service was also terrible.
Liked: The location was very good and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Also easy access with the digital check in.
Disliked: They don’t offer luggage drop off and the ones they recommend are not included in the apartment price. They didn’t offer earlier check in by 1.6 hours even though we asked for it way in advance. Also there is no coffee machine in the room.
Good location but a bit expensive for what it offers
Liked: Good location
Disliked: The room was run down. We were on street level so we couldn’t open the curtains. The shower wasn’t draining.
Awesome
Liked: We loved that place. Super clean and above the expectations
it stay for the last night of staying in Portugal to get my flight on the next morning earlier
Liked: The property was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The dishwasher was left full of dishes, and the glasses inside were dirty.
Disliked: The dishwasher was left full of dishes,
Liked: Clean, spacious and amazing location. Very central to lots of Lisbon’s attractions and restaurants. Washing machine, kitchen and bathroom were all great. Free gym access was also a massive bonus
Disliked: Ground floor apartment so not a lot of natural light.
