Issues with breakfast and luggage storage
Liked: All is fine except breakfast and luggage drop off system.
Disliked: We had an issue with breakfast as our vegetarian preferences were completely ignored. Even though we contacted online customer service repeatedly, the problem was never resolved. They said they will compansate but nothing compansated so far... We were also given poor guidance regarding luggage drop-off. At first, they sent us to a different address at a grocery store, which didn’t feel secure at all. They eventually redirected us to another property very close to the hotel, but the luggage lockers there were too small for our bags—turns out the larger storage area was on a different floor. Since it was a prepaid system, we ended up paying twice for no reason. Overall, the guidance and information provided for luggage storage was completely inadequate.

Disliked: Smell and mold in the shower on the walls everywhere. They don’t even try to clean or kill it entirely. You can smell mold as soon as you walk in. It’s didn’t look very clean either, hair in the sink and floor in the bathroom. Also, one of the shits has a nasty stain even tho washed.
