Exceptional
Pleasant stay in excellent hotel
Liked: Excellent
Disliked: My first room was extremely small. When I saw that my friends had a larger room I requested a change. The hotel did their best to find a better room which we were much happier with.
Nice modern Hotel!
Liked: Beautiful Modern Hotel, great staff. Adapted room facilities were a bit lacking, no hand grips in the shower and no chair with side. The floor in the shower was very slippy and dangerous and nowhere to store shower accessories! The bedroom was very nice and modern but the carpet was not suitable for a wheelchair user.
Disliked: Nice terrace but too narrow for a wheelchair and no ramp for wheelchair!
High standard accommodation with superb breakfast
Liked: Well located, being very close to Saldanha metro station and within a few minutes travel to the main tourist attractions. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the locality. This is a very nice hotel with especially comfortable beds and quiet overnight. The breakfast offering was superb with a wide range of fresh and tasty produce. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing.
The hotel itself is amazing and in a great location, but the service was frustrating. The guy at reception was chewing g
Good for few days
Liked: The location was really convenient! The room was clean enough!Nice toiletries too
Disliked: The shower drain was clogged. They came to fix it but maybe wasnt fixable because everytime we showered the water moved next to the toilet area. The staff was not the most helpfull staff you will come across to.
