Disliked: All was great!
Good location
Liked: Location, good breakfast
Disliked: Becareful, you get charged water and coffee in your room. When you check in they ask for €50 deposit they said i get it back it's been over 2 weeks, I never received a refund on my statement 😑
Liked: Highly recommended place to stay in Lisbon! Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and location was great!
Liked: Staff and breakfast was amazing. Really helpful and polite.
Disliked: Paying for coffee in the room and water. The rooms are getting old and needs a refurbish. Good for 2 to 3 days but travel light as the rooms are small.
Excellent location, great breakfast
Liked: Great breakfast, lovely friendly staff, easy to come and go, lift available to upper floors if required, stored our bags after check-out for a few hours, very good location.
Disliked: All good or better.
Liked: The staff were friendly and kind
Disliked: The pictures did not match the true appearance of our room at all, it was very small, holes in curtains, and incredibly musty. Simple amenities like shampoo and conditioner not provided. Really disappointing
