Fabulous
good stay, easy and convent for getting to the airport
Liked: was nto bale to have breakfast as it was not served before 7am
Disliked: the airport shuttle was very expensive, and the pool was an additional charge
Cover your basic needs
Liked: The location is great. Few minutes walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. The entire hotel is very clean with spacious rooms. Even tho the airport is not too far, barely hear airplane noise in the room. Breakfast was good, but would be nice to have more food options. Nice bonus the underground parking.
Disliked: Surprisingly we just had 1 pillow on our bed. Many hotel definitely overdoing with too many pillows... but ONE small pillow is really not enough to "choose" from. And the mattress cover was too tiny. We never ever saw such a tiny thing. The whole thing was crumpled up under our body at the morning. Technically we slept on the naked mattress. Definitely room for improve in this manner.
It was ok
Liked: It was clean and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pillows are horrible. They were a pillow case stuffed with foam chunks, so uncomfortable. We ordered room food. The food, chicken wings were overcooked just two tiny pieces. However they did remake these when we complained.
Great locale, good breakfast, nice staff
Liked: Close to airport, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff
Liked: Everything
Disliked: Breakfast should have more choices
Excellent stay. This will be our hotel in Lisbon every time we come here
Liked: excellent and helpful staff!
