Exceptional
Great location
Liked: We enjoyed the stay, a lot of space and nice small details. I loved the hairdryer, shower gel and all equipment in the kitchen. Nice lobby and outside seating with garden. Small children´s playing aera. Really cool. If you wish to visit the ZOO, it is around the corner. So the Benfica stadion is walkable. Fruit shop and cafe/restaurnat just accros the street.
Disliked: My phone did not work for the entrance and room opening, but my husband´s worked.

A very short stay but the accommodation was perfect for our needs

Disliked: No proper signage at the entrance to access the garden apartments! A sign on the glass door leading to the garden would have helped! We had to call to find out how to locate the room. Trimming the tree near the glass door would also help!! Also, the garden access rooms do not have an elevator. Our apartment (25) was on the third floor making it difficult for 70+ year olds to access the apartment with their luggage! This shld be mentioned in the listing. Since we arrived at night, we could not locate the Laundry Room to leave our luggage as there was no proper lighting in the area. I had to call to get directions!
A good base for exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area
Liked: An excellent location with great transport links. The property is situated just a few minutes' walk from the Jardim Zoológico metro station and the Sete Rios train station, offering access to virtually every part of Lisbon, as well as a direct train connection to Sintra. The apartment is well-maintained and well-equipped, and features access to a garden where you can relax in the evening. Fresh fruit, coffee, and a water dispenser in the common area were a very nice touch.
Liked: The room was very comfortable, spacious, and full of natural light. The building itself has so much character, and you immediately get that authentic Portuguese feeling. The hotel courtyard is beautiful and full of greenery, with tables under a covered area where you can just sit back and relax. We especially loved the breakfasts! They're delivered every morning in little boxes (which is such a cute touch). There's a great variety of options, and everything was absolutely delicious.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the door code we received didn't work, so we couldn't get into our room. There were only cleaning staff at the hotel, and they barely spoke English. I tried contacting the property through Booking.com, but didn't get an immediate response, so I called instead. Eventually, someone came to help us with a new code. About an hour later, the hotel replied on Booking.com and fixed the original code as well. Overall, I'm happy with how the situation was handled, but it was still frustrating, especially after a long journey when all you want is to get into your room and relax.
