Exceptional
We loved the city of Lisbon but it was the hotel staff that made our stay so special. Thank you
Liked: The location was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. But the best thing about our stay was the staff. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful. We really felt so well looked after. The staff in the bar and restaurant were also very efficient and friendly.
Disliked: We stayed for 7 nights and could have done with a little more storage overall and in the bathroom especially. Just a few more shelves would be helped.
Liked: The property was beautiful Rooms were so clean and spacious
Disliked: Loud location even into early morning hours
Perfect City Centre hotel
Liked: Excellent location for the city centre. Great breakfast and really helpful front desk. We are very pleased with the overall stay and will go there again
Disliked: The light switches in our room were confusing. Some clever spark has decided to make them complex. Simple is always better. Other than that nothing else.
