Very good
Excellent value for money, and will definitely stay again if going back to Lisbon
Liked: Clean room, property location is close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are prompt to respond.
Disliked: Enclosed shower could have been bigger; sliding door to the terrace is not lockable.
Lovely accommodation, wonderful staff and great location
Liked: The staff were wonderful, they were so helpful and friendly. The room had everything I needed and the location was great for exploring Lisbon.
Disliked: Nothing.
Please provide clear instructions on how to open the door, explaining that guests need to touch the small glass screen w
Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The facilities, it’s a shared bathrooms and shower gel was not available.
Good location, noisy room, messy check in
Liked: The location is closed to two metro stations, lots of restaurants, cafe and supermarkets around.
Disliked: When we arrived at 3pm to do the check in, the reception was packed with people, was pure chaos. Everyone was waiting for their room, families with small kids aswell. The receptionist was alone and she was clearly under a lot of stress, so the check in was messy for us, we had to wait until 4pm for our room to be ready, while the receptionist was running around going upstairs too. Eventually another girl arrived to help a bit. I really felt bad for the girl that had to manage everything alone, as someone that work in hospitality that was a lack from a managing aspect. Also the room was really noisy because of all the traffic and was difficult to sleep
Liked: all good. they were a little swamped at the check in, but what can you do.
Pleasant and good value
Liked: The location.
Disliked: The reception/main entrance is not on the ground floor; which it was inconvenient when we arrives late at night. The shower was too small.
