Exceptional
Everyone at the front desk is lovely. My room was very clean and had a great ambience
Liked: Staff were very genuine and kind. They were attentive to my needs and recommended how I should plan my day accordingly. They let me leave the luggage before check-in as I arrived early and also offered to keep the luggage upon check-out if I wanted to explore the city more. Every single one of the front desk team is lovely!
Disliked: There were no towel racks or hooks in my bathroom. The side tables and the main table in the room is a bit too small for me as I tend to spread my belongings on top.
Liked: Staff was great! And overall, the stay was peaceful.
