  Liked: It was in the city center, it was clean

  Disliked: The mattress was so uncomfortable we didn’t slept well and back pain all day…

  Good location but rooms were very basic

  Liked: Location is great, staff where very friendly

  Disliked: Shower is very small and nowhere to put shampoo etc whilst in shower. Beds are very firm. balcony furniture was broken on arrival. Alot of stairs to get to the floor the guest house is on, not ideal for those with large suitcases or not good fitness levels (Although they do advise this, after booking...).

  Liked: The place is really well located. We're really glad we booked a room with a balcony. It's was nice yo have a sink in the bathroom

  Disliked: It's on the 4th floor, with no elevator There is no coffee machine The matress was inconfortable The people in the other rooms where super noisy every single day

  Even though the great location it was very disappointing and not as advertised

  Disliked: First of all the was an intense chemical smell in the entrance and throughout the whole building, it was unbearable, we asked the staff about it and the said it’s a cleaning agent but if it smells like that it shouldn’t be used. Secondly our door was almost broken and with one strong push it would fall over also the was a huge gap all around the door, in some spots I could fit my hand through. Furthermore the chairs of the balcony were broken only the table was standing. Lastly one night there was a junky laying on the entrance.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. Noncompliance will result in a penalty charge of EUR 50.

Please note that late check-in after 22:30 until 01:00 has an additional fee of EUR 25. After 17:00 it is mandatory to inform the hour of arrival so that a staff member will be at the guest house to perform the check-in.

Please note that all reservations of 4 and more rooms will be charged 25% of the total amount. This amount is not refundable even in case of cancellation.

Please note that this property is located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator.
