Lisbon is a fantastic location!
Liked: Near metro station, so 20 mins into centre!
Very pleasant experience, really helpful staff, good breakfast and comfortable room
Liked: The desk staff were excellent, friendly, efficient and helpful. Nice room with balcony, and comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Coffee at breakfast not to my taste, but that’s a quibble!
A comfortable and wheelchair-friendly stay with helpful staff and a very convenient location
Liked: The room was very comfortable and well equipped for wheelchair users. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient for sightseeing, with bus stops and the metro nearby.
Disliked: The lift was rather small, especially for a wheelchair. The bathroom was also quite narrow, and the shower had only a partial glass door that could not be fully closed, so water easily flowed out onto the bathroom floor.
Perfectly fine hotel
Liked: This is a perfectly fine standard hotel. Simple and boxy room that probably all look exactly the same, in a tall building. Everything fine.
A really memorable stay is Lisbon. No stress, accessible to both airport and city
Liked: I was right next to the park so I was able to run or walk every morning. I also had many accessible options for breakfast outside the hotel to try out how locals eat in the morning. Also super close to the metro, so easy to get to the old city center of lisbon, and easy to go to airport because it was also close by.
Disliked: Nothing.
