Exceptional
Overall, it’s worth the price and a very pleasant stay
Liked: Nuno is very responsible and easy to reach. Our check-in and out are very smooth. The location is perfect, near to the main metro station, bus stops, and supermarkets.
Disliked: The shower area of the bathroom is a bit small, almost no space to turn around.
Liked: Location, the compliments left by the hosts and the easy check in and check out process.
Disliked: It could be a little bit noisy at times.
Liked: Amazing stay! The apartment is fully equipped, located in a great area, and the host was outstanding and available 24/7. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Lisbon!
Liked: The lift (elevator) in the building was really nice and historical. The hosts also left some very nice snacks and wine in the room for us. Excellent location, very close to the Saldanha metro station which is on two metro lines including the one to the airport and Oriente train station.
Disliked: When we arrived, the power was out in the whole building and we had to carry our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs. But it was a temporary issue, fixed within a couple of hours or so, and it didn't happen again during our stay.
Great locations and very well set up apartment
Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Easy access. Helpful staff. Good facilities. Lovely wee apartment with separate bedroom. Great location.
Disliked: Small lift can be very busy in the large building so be prepared to do lots of steps.

Liked: Great location, lovely apartment, although the rug in the kitchen was unclean and the bathroom door handle and towel holder were coming off/ coming apart. Nice view, good balcony and both rooms had access to private balcony.
Disliked: We were awoken every day of our 10 day trip to drilling. Not just quite muffled drilling but piercingly loud drilling because there was construction work being done drilling into brick walls, on our floor and other floors of the building. We endured a daily wake up call of 8:30am/ 9am every morning because of the construction work. The walls of the building were all open and exposed with wires and pipes showing. Towards the end of our trip as we go tired and spent more time at the apartment than outside, drilling went on from 9am to 5pm!! on our holiday! NO MENTION made of this prior to booking, when we booked or when we arrived. We are very patient people and once wed finally had enough, we received the run around from the accommodation, and NO REFUND. It's only unfortunate that I can't upload the video from our bedroom, of how loud the drilling noise was. How this property is allowed to book without giving notice to customers before their arrival is a huge oversight on booking.com's part.
