Liked: I like coming back to this hotel. It's clean and peacefull.
Good for the weekend
Liked: Nice place for a short stay. Well organized hotel.
Disliked: Cleanliness was not perfect. Got some stains on the toilet seat, bedsheets and towels.
Liked: - good location, quite central - breakfast was good - guests are encouraged to use the gym - very quiet room, no noise from the outside, big comfy bed

A basic stay with limited amenities and some issues, but overall adequate
Liked: The breakfast was simple and limited in variety, but still adequate.
Disliked: We specifically requested a room with two separate beds, but upon arrival we were given a room with a king-size bed instead. When we raised this with the staff, they acknowledged the mistake and mentioned they would compensate us, but no meaningful compensation was ultimately provided. They did attempt to resolve the situation by replacing the king bed with two single beds. However, this made the room extremely cramped and significantly reduced the available space, making the stay less comfortable than expected. Overall, while the staff was responsive, friendly and well mannered. The handling of the situation and the lack of proper compensation were disappointing.
Great choice to visit central Lisbon
Liked: - Breakfast is really good. Pretty good choices and they offer fresh cooked eggs and pancakes...which makes it one of the best breakfasts I ever had! - wifi connection is pretty reliable - staff is nice and helpful - it is easy to park around the area - location is great, walking distance for most of city center attractions
Disliked: - Room size is simply unmanageable. Opening the wardrobe is a quest, using the refrigerator an utopia. I understand this is central Lisbon, but the space is really limited - Same goes for gym, but at least they provide some equipment! - Parking area requires to pay all day long
