Stylish, practical and cozy
Liked: A very nice place to stay - cozy, stylish, practical and comfortable. In the heart of Alfama, close to many attractions, on a quiet street. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
Everything was fantastic and made for a wonderful time in Lisbon!
Liked: Everything was fantastic! We enjoyed the location being in a historic area and next to the famous Tram 28 which is also convenient. It's not in the center of everything if that's what you are looking for but it's a fantastic, quiet area and we were able to walk to many famous places such as St. George's Castle, Praca do Comercio and the Praca Dom Pedro IV within about 20-30 minutes. The place was clean, well-stocked with toiletries and kitchen essentials and great views. Rui Pedro was an amazing concierge! He explained everything about the apartment and how things would work during our stay clearly. They made sure we arrived to find a small bottle of wine and snacks which was appreciated after a long day of travel. On our second day we arrived back from exploring the city and Belem to find two Pastel de Nadas! Rui Pedro checked in with us during our stay and made it clear they were available 24/7 to us for anything we needed. They offered to us assist with transportation to the airport as well. It had rained slightly one night, and we came back to our room to find an umbrella hanging on our door handle. Housekeeping was great as well and restocked our espresso pods as well as both laundry and dishwasher pods. The balcony is small but lovely and has seating for two people which we enjoyed often. If you plan to cook the kitchen was very nice and well stocked to do. There were some restaurants, souvenir stores and small convenience stores nearby. Rui Pedro also recommended some places that were very close and offered discounts for us since we were staying with ONSET. Everything was really easy and it made our stay in Lisbon even better! Great place for two people to stay while in Lisbon!
Disliked: Would prefer easier access for entry upon arrival such as a code to enter.
This has been of the best and memorable stays that my wife an I have had in our 41 years of marriage
Liked: The premises exceeded our expectations. The apartment was new, spacious and relaxing. You feel as if you are in your own home as compared to a hotel, and the staff comes everyday to provide new towels if needed, additional Nespreso coffee, and replace any soap for the dishwasher and washing manchine.. The concierge, Rui Pedro, was so gratious and helpful in regard to the unit and providing insight on how to get around the area and Lisbon in general.
Disliked: Not much not to like. If you have an issue with walking or balance, there is an incline leading from the main street to the Unit. This is the area, live adventurously.
Liked: They provided excellent service. Even bring portugal's traditional deserts and flowers to make my stay personal.
Disliked: Nothing. It was slightly hidden area but the staff came to help us.
Will recommend to my friend who will visit Lisbon
Liked: Everything.The service of Rui is impressive mostly.He provided everything that we need. The room is lovely. It's beautiful decorated. The recommendation list made by hotel gives us a bunch of choices and it’s very reliable. This place runs professionally.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: The room is very clean and comfortable. And Rui is extremely friendly and ready to assist with anything.
