Very good
Liked: Second time staying here great hotel
Lisbon was a great city break and very good value for money
Liked: The location was pretty good being close to the Metro.
Disliked: The front of house staff lacked warmth. Could have been the language barrier but that shouldn’t be an issue if employing for that role, however two of the young men that did front desk were very helpful and pleasant.
Wonderful stay
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Pestana Lisboa Vintage! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, beautiful interiors, and a great location for exploring Lisbon. We loved the overall vibe of the place, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. It was a great experience and definitely a place we would recommend!
Good easy if you don’t plan to spend time in the hotel
Liked: The location and the lounge. Location is excellent, breakfast not worth it opposite at Sellva far better.
Disliked: Check in very long winded and slow Vending machine not restocked during stay
Disliked: The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, when we chose this hotel, it was stated that parking was available. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel parking was full and that we should check again in two days. As a result, we had to park our car in a paid public parking lot that was not close to the hotel. After two days, we checked with the hotel again, but unfortunately, there was still no parking space available. We expected some form of compensation or at least an effort from the hotel to address the inconvenience caused by the parking situation, but unfortunately, none of the staff made any real effort to resolve the issue or offer any compensation.
Fine
Liked: It is in good location
Disliked: Not like the pictures at all
