Exceptional
A fab 1st visit to Lisbon!
A stay not to be repeated
Liked: Truly Can’t think of anything except leaving this place behind
Disliked: Long walk to river and to old city Very small rooms no bedside table on one side breakfast NOT included the pool is Tiny and the sun umbrellas were not adjustable so they provided no shade no ice no corkscrew etc etc
Great stay in Lisbon
Liked: Hotel is really lovely. We had a suite which was spacious with a huge balcony - Definitely worth the extra money. The standard bedroom was not as nice. Breakfast was really good - same every day but fresh with lots of choice. Staff could not be more helpful. Pool area was great for a little relaxation.
Disliked: It is a bit further out from the centre than I would have liked. It’s a good 20 minutes to get there - there are shops along the way but they are very high end. This did mean it was very quiet and peaceful at night. For a girls trip, a better location would have been preferred.
Liked: Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Il Basilico restaurant was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Very clean
Amazing stay! We had an early flight (very early) with our kids and they even packed us lunch boxes with great breakfast

Great hotel with a great location, facilities and staff
Liked: Very nice and accommodating staff, great breakfast and generally nice facilities. The location is very convenient in the center of the city. I can highly recommend this hotel!
Disliked: I had to cancel one room because my son had an injury and couldn't fly. The contact with the hotel’s booking staff was not great, and if they had explained that it wasn't a cancellation fee, but just that they couldn't return the payment of the room, it would have saved me a lot of work and frustration. But it all turned out well in the end.
