Exceptional
Excellent hotel, central location
Liked: Excellent central location, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, good breakfast.
Liked: Unfortunately, upon arrival we were told that there was a problem with our room and we were being moved to their sister hotel 5 minutes away. Therefore I cannot review this hotel. The bellman walked us over to the Convent Square Hotel.
Liked: After the first night, our stay was very nice. The original room was very noisy; we felt we were in a train station. But the staff moved us for the other 2 nights, and we had a very nice stay, and they credited us for the lesser,better room we moved to. Breakfast was very basic. Great supermarket just around the corner.
Liked: They took care of us on my wife's birthday weekend with lot of care and little surprises.

It was ok but the room was very small and not remotely like the photo on the weabsite
Liked: Room was quiet, location was good, breakfast was medium
Disliked: the lack of bar facilities, somewhere for a nightcap
