Disliked: It was noisy from people in other rooms. Traffic noise.
Liked: The staff at the reception were friendly especially Mr. Marco also staff at the restaurant were friendly and cheerful.
Disliked: The smell of bathroom's water like a chlorine and some times a smell of swege the worst thing there was a cockroach in restaurant's lady's bathroom.
Didn't like overall experience, lady at restaurant not friendly for dinner, old carpets in corridor and not good sh

Disliked: No basic essentials provided like tooth brush or tooth paste or slippers, air conditioning not working properly, poor quality duvet
Pleasant enough visit. Our superior room was a bit tired. Staff on reception were FAB
Liked: We didn’t have breakfast. We found the location a bit far from the city centre.
Disliked: There were issues with the room no 406. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Door stopper by the toilet on the floor not capped. No hairdryer. No tea or milk replaced on day 2. Table lamp by TV not working properly. Needs some attention and repair around the window frame.
