Very good
Liked: The bed was comfortable, WiFi worked well, hot water was good, getting into the apartment was quite easy, as Milena provided clear instructions and she was also on the phone, helping me with minor issues.
Disliked: I had a single room with "external" but private bathroom. One should rather have a gown if you picking the same room because to get to the shower you get to go through the kitchen and depending on time of the day, there could be other people in the kithen, though I was lucky not to run into anybody, as I was leaving too early every morning.
Clean quiet apartment shared with other quests. It was perfect for my needs,specially the location

Disliked: the room private bathroom was through the kitchen,not actually attached to the room.

Disliked: 1 Arrival and access 2 Issues with blinds 3 Located near busy street so essentially noisy location 4 Electricity: tripped switch/surge 5 No hot water on a few days 6 Small room and uncomfortable bed 7 Accessibility issues: if someone forgets to close elevator gate you have to take the stairs from the 7th floor
