Exceptional
Will come back to Sofitel, Lisbon. Loved this hotel so much. Classy and exceeded expectations
Liked: Location- everything was so walkable. Its a lovely place to stay and close to nice shops, restaurants and bars. Excellent room. Comfy bed. Superb service by every staff.
Disliked: Hair dryer power was not great. Coffee in the room was not good.
Overall staying in Sofitel Lisbon is quite good, we have very good breakfast, good services and good holidays
Liked: Location oh the hotel is excellent, easy to reach the attractions and close to local estaurants where you can enjoy the dinner and walk safely back to the hotel.
Disliked: The superior room is a bit small.
Definitely not value for money
Disliked: This hotel is designed for the business traveller, not an older couple on holiday. The so-called superior room was poky and had very limited clothes storage space. Breakfast was OK but not up the the standard expected of a 5 star hotel.
