Exceptional
Little gem in Lisbon
Liked: Great hotel, situated in an ideal place for exploring Lisbon literally two minute walk from the metro and the tram stops directly in front of the hote. I had a room on the front with balcony and views right down the street to the water. The room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Also the staff were very polite and helpful, I left my backpack at the hotel on the day of departure, as I had a late flight. Definitely hope to return. l

Liked: Location, breakfast and staff.and balcony with a view in my room.a little noisy at night.
Disliked: Shower was a glass unit in the middle of the room next to the bed.very uncomfortable and water leaked on the floor after taking a shower.the sink and toilet were in a separate small room.and everytime the faucet was used the floor got wet.avoid rooms with shower glass units in your own bedroom.
Liked: Location is very good. Central to everything not far from train station.

Liked: Each floor theme is based on a poet which we find very unique and different. We also love the vintage vibe as it makes it extra romantic. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast while staying as they have a good variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Location is excellent as it is close to restaurants, bars, train and bus stations.
Excellent location, lovely staff
Liked: Excellent location in lively Chiado, close to metro station, on the tram line and a decent bakery right downstairs. Staff were lovely, breakfast had a good selection.
Disliked: Our room on the 3rd floor was REALLY small. It had the usual double bed with no space to put things, so our room got messy quickly. Every millimetre of space in the bathroom is used - the door only just closes! Very tight squeeze. Lots of noise late at night but with windows closed, it was fine.
Great location but wasn’t the right hotel for us
Liked: Really excellent location. It’s a quirky hotel with a lot of character.
Disliked: The staff member during check in sat on his phone for 10 minutes and didn’t even greet us. He was apparently dealing with a problem but it was still a little off putting. The room was in the loft and had low ceilings which wasn’t fun to navigate. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and every little movement the other person could feel. Our main let down was the breakfast. Very small, the same every day and not great variety.
