Awful. Don’t stay here
Disliked: Genuinely awful. Room was infested with ants, we received no help from reception and had to buy ant killer ourselves. Location is terrible and far from the city center. The pool is much smaller than photos suggest, completely deceptive. You couldn’t even swim one lap it’s more hot tub sized. One night we were stuck in the room for 2 hours because the door handle broke from the outside and it took hours for reception to fix it. Never stay here. No refund or compensation was offered.
Super friendly staff! Nice little pool
Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful and we loved chilling out by the pool at the end of a hot day. We also were able to do our laundry which was great. It is a student accommodation so it has everything you need. The room had a mini fridge, wardrobe, double bed, nice shower/bathroom and mini balcony. It’s five minutes from the tube station which takes about 20 minutes to get into the centre of town. There is a supermarket nearby and a large communal kitchen if you want to cook.
Disliked: There wasn’t much to do in the local area so it really was like a dorm.
