We would like to express our deepest gratitude and highlight the exceptional professionalism of your staff. First of all, we want to praise Madam Manager Soraia for her outstanding professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. She truly makes a difference in the guest experience. Secondly, the breakfast was absolutely superb—rich, fresh, and incredibly varied. We loved the fruits, cheeses, fish, desserts, and the eggs prepared in every possible way. My personal favorite was the Portuguese-style cooked egg. Our 17-year-old son was so delighted with the bacalhau in puff pastry that he ate it during all 4 mornings of our stay. Big congratulations to the Chef! We also have highest praises for Jessica, who welcomed us in the dining room. She is extremely warm, sweet, and helpful, making our mornings beautiful. Disliked: No hot water for 2 days of my stay so I had to shower in cold water! Owner’s should have made sure that all rooms amenities are working before people come to stay
Good location, large rooms, great views, could be a little cleaner
Liked: The property was in a great location, close enough to everything, it is on a closed road though so you will be walking up and down steep slopes/ lots of steps.
Disliked: The pool area needed some cleaning, chairs were looking a bit grubby on slightly overgrown grass and there was a green rim around the pool, as lots of trees overhang the pool it had lots of stuff floating in it, coupled with the black tiles it doesn’t make it that appealing for a swim. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell, it would be fine then next moment would have a very strong drain small. For some reason my bedroom smelt of sick. I guess something could have gone wrong with previous guest or maybe cleaning products but there was an unpleasant smell, coupled with the bathroom, maybe someone had a rough time there before.
