Amazing stay
Liked: I had a great stay at The 8! The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the city and get around. Overall, everything was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again!

Liked: Excellent location. Steps from the streets leading to the plaza. Staff was friendly, helped with directions, ordering a taxi for us. Even lent us an adapter, since we had brought the incorrect one. Carried our luggage up the 2 1/2 flights of stairs to our room.
Disliked: Although the hotel had an elevator, it was only to the 3rd floor, then had to carry our luggaged to the 5th floor and the steps were narrow. Fortuneatly, staff did help us carry our luggage the rest of the way.
This is an excellent location to see Lisbon
Liked: I liked everything about this property: location, restaurants and coffee shops next door and around the corner, the cleanliness, how spacious the room was, the lounging areas, and especially the staff. The staff was so helpful and they wanted to make my stay perfect in every way. I highly recommend this place.

Disliked: Not very clean, bad smell in our room, the bed were hard.

Liked: Good location. Clean, quiet room. Fresh water delivered every day.
Disliked: Honestly I'm surprised it's 4* hotel, I would say it's max 3*. Room requires a slight update. There was no kettle/tea/coffee in the room.
Liked: Staff were wonderful and helpful. Location was great!
Disliked: Bathroom was not cleaned properly- hair on shower head from previous guest.
