Liked: Very central location. Activities planned by staff to share Portugal culture
Disliked: A bit unpleasant smell maybe due to sewage issues whenever u enter the room

Liked: Great location, areas of the city easily walkable or reachable by public transit. Good common space.
Disliked: Bathroom and shower had mildew. Rooms could use additional hooks for hanging clothes and bags.

Liked: Everything particularly the welcoming staff - nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very patient and helpful with everything - Bolt cabs, it issues for me (it challenged), and generally all round excellent customer service
Disliked: Poor signage -I walked past it several times and even neighbouring business couldn’t help me. A bold sign on the actual door would be extremely helpful. I now realise the signage is on the windows but not helpful when looking for The Entrance/doorway. Carrying a pack n watching footing as well adds to it being easily missed.

Disliked: Luggage storage costs €4 for the first hour, which is a bit more expensive than in Spain. The bed is somewhat saggy, and the room is quite small.
