    Loved the hotel great location

    Liked: Location

Disliked: Very small rooms with bad plumbing. We had to turn the shower off and on so the shower wouldn’t flood into our room.

Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel – Disappointing Experience

Liked: Staff at the front desk were nice

Disliked: Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel – Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, this hotel falls well short of the 5-star standard it advertises. The bathroom was so small it was barely usable, and the shower head didn’t work properly. The carpets were also visibly stained, which made the room feel poorly maintained. However, the worst part of our stay was discovering used Q-tips inside the complimentary vanity kit provided in the bathroom. This was absolutely disgusting and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, these issues are completely unacceptable. We expected a much higher level of cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here, especially given the price and supposed luxury rating.

Great place to stay in Lisbon

Liked: Gorgeous hotel, beautifully maintained. We had trained from Porto and it was great literally stepping off the train and the hotel was about 50 metres away. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were great. special thanks to Vicente for looking after us.😊😊

Perfect. I wish we had more time in Lisbon, and more time to spend enjoying the hotel

Liked: Incredible location. Next to train station, walkable to beautiful sights, and yummy food. Staff was kind and helpful. Ambiance was fabulous, unique. The room was sooooo comfortable. Especially loved the bathroom with dividers for shower and toilet privacy.

Disliked: Perfect stay. Nothing to complain about.
