Exceptional
Great hotel, with nice touches and quality finishes
Liked: A great boutique hotel within walking distance to many good restaurants.
Disliked: There was no facility available for guests to freshen up ahead of a late departure, which was disappointing. For a hotel of this quality, I would expect some provision for guests to shower and change after checking out. I was advised that the only option was to pay for an additional night simply to access a room for a shower, which felt unreasonable. Unfortunately, this took the edge off what was otherwise a great stay.
Great short trip to Lisbon in an out of the ordinarybut amazing hotel
Liked: Centrally located with amazing restaurants and bars serving excellent food and cocktails…really unusual and quirky hotel

Liked: The staff are truly excellent. Very good breakfast. Lovely looking bar / restaurant. Superb location.
Disliked: I feel it needs to be a tiny bit less pricey.
Liked: I got sick and the people couldn't have been nicer to help me get everything I needed. They were so flexible and understanding. The room was great, the decor of the hotel is outstanding!
