Fabulous
I would only choose this venue again if I could be guaranteed a more comfortable room
Liked: The location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the breakfast, and overall cleanliness of the place were all excellent.
Disliked: We were given the attic room with the roof sloping on either side and absolutely no headroom. This was uncomfortable and felt very cramped.
Stylish Boutique Hotel - Perfect Location
Liked: Great location and staff - room well appointed with some true ‘boutique’ (original) styling. Comfortable bed - outstanding staff. Liked the multi-level. Great in-room coffee machine.
Disliked: A little limited on counter type space in the bathroom in my room.
Liked: The hotel is very clean and the staff are wonderful and helpful.
Disliked: There's a protesting in the corner that made some of us feel nervous but the staff are wonderful and helpful enough to make us comfortable. The old and small elevator is a bit inconvenient but we got help from the staff. Thank you.
Super room in a great hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Lisbon!
Liked: Really nice room / great location / super friendly & helpful staff
Disliked: Only minor issue we had was there was traffic noise from early in the morning but would not stop us from coming back again
Noise from air condition
Liked: The location is perfect
Disliked: The air condition made a lot of noise. We asked for a maintanace person or to change a room, niether was an option.. We had to sleep with the air condition off. They gave us a free breakfast as compensation but it didnt really changed our bad experience.
Hotel with character in the core of Lisbon
Liked: Perfect location, excellent staff, and a tasty breakfast. Our room was on the third floor and the ceiling was a bit low, but fine for average-height people like us. The historic room is beautiful, with a small balcony and a lovely view, especially in the evening. Overall, an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much, dear hotel staff!
